House Rules

Children
  • Guests over 12 years old are considered adults.
  • Children must be accompanied by adults at all times when outside.
ID Cards:
  • Required at booking or before check-in.
  • Mandatory for all guests.
  • Guests must update details in the guest log book.
Pets:
  • Your pets are allowed and can get food cooked at additional cost, if needed
  • Property has 3 dogs and several cats (which may be unleashed at night).
  • Kennels available for guest pets.
  • No pets allowed inside the guesthouse or any interior spaces.
Food & Drink:
  • No food allowed in bedrooms.
  • Residential and commercial water purifiers provide safe drinking water.
  • All other taps have direct borewell water.
Parking & Security:
  • Ample parking space inside the farm.
  • Management is not responsible for personal belongings.
  • CCTV cameras cover the entire property with multiple power backups.

Medical:

  • Emergency first aid kit available upon request.
  • Staff can guide you to the nearest medical aid/clinic/hospital.
  • Guests are advised to carry essential medicines.

Amenities:

  • One-time toiletries kit and bath essentials are provided free of cost.
  • Additional toiletries are payable.
  • Additional beds/pillows/blankets are available (depending on booking terms).
  • No geysers or A/C (solar water heaters and ceiling fans are available).
  • Generator power backup available.
  • Lounge pool (Indoor ) available on demand and kids should be accompanied as it will be slippery surface
  • No Footwear allowed inside the house
  • Free Wi-Fi (Speed dependent on signal strength).
  • Bi-Cycles ( two ) available upon request for guests
  • Indoor or Outdoor games items available upon request from staff

Others:

  • Be respectful and mindful of the local community.
  • Watch out for snakes and insects outdoors.
  • Do not feed or get too close to the property's pets.
  • Guests are allowed to visit our other farms.
  • Volunteering opportunities are available.
  • Irrigation ponds are strictly off-limits.
  • Adhere to signages displayed at vantage points
  • Tandoor-cooked meals are available upon request
  • Keep the gates and main doors closed when not around

Camping Site:

  • Dedicated camping site with elevated platform for pitching tents for camping.
  • Bathrooms and Toilets reserved for Camping group(s) in camping site.
  • Hot and cold water available in shower rooms only, No Shower installed
  • Camping group(s) will not have access to House indoor bedrooms
